Salam

For the past year I have been researching Islam in the hopes of finding out my opinion on the subject. I have discovered many amazing things and encountered many hardships. I hope that someone can be helped by reading about my experiences. Becoming a Muslimah is not easy in America- especially in an environment of intolerance that comes with ignorance. Pray for me!

  1. Hi Katie, My step-son, who is a student at UMBC gave me the article from The Retriever Weekly about your conversion to Islam. I am a born-again Christian, and I was very interested in what happened that brought about your conversion. The article invited the readers to contact you via this blog site, and I have taken you up on that invitation. I was wondering if you might be open to a dialogue. I did read the article, but all it said about your church experience was that you felt "incomplete." Without meaning to intrude on your privacy, I would love to dialogue with you to learn more about your thoughts. I live in Southern Maryland, and I am 56 years old. I have been a Christian for just under 10 years. Would you be open to that? Sue
